The GBS Development Group team has the knowledge and experience to turn your vision into reality. Our collective experience and team approach ensures that we deliver each project on time and budget. We undertake rigorous analysis to ensure that each project is thoughtfully designed and executed in order to maximize returns for our valued partners.
Project Design Development and Oversight
We take an active role in identifying and engaging all architects and required consultants, and by managing coordination among the consulting team we can ensure the production of an effective development plan. We will engage all relevant stakeholders to ensure timely government approvals, permits and licenses for project construction are obtained.
Active Development Management
We negotiate in concert with the Construction Manager on project construction, trade, material and service contracts to ensure project budgets and schedules are adhered to. In addition to managing the construction of any presentation centre/leasing centre, we will oversee the marketing, sales and/or leasing of the various project components.
Project Financing
GBS has expertise in managing outside brokers with respect to any required acquisitions and/or dispositions, and has successfully planned, negotiated, and procured construction and other required financing. We have been able to achieve this through developing and maintaining dynamic relationships with a broad array of lenders.
Cost Control and Partner Reporting
GBS has rigorous accounting management protocols to ensure maximum cost control over each aspect of our projects. In addition, GBS provides timely, transparent, and detailed reporting tailored to meet the individual needs of our various partners.
